Perched at 6,390 feet on the northwest shore of Seminoe Reservoir below the Seminoe Mountains, this park offers 19,000 acres of water access with two camping areas, swimming, fishing, and boating. Wildlife viewing includes elk, moose, bighorn sheep, and bald eagles. The reservoir was created in the 1930s; the park's name honors French-Canadian trapper Basil Cimineau Lajeunesse who worked the region in the 1800s.
