Sitting Bull Campground is located in the Bighorn National Forest off the Cloud Peak Skyway, set along a mountain meadow bordered by lodgepole pine forest. Single-family campsites come with picnic tables and fire rings with grills, with drinking water, trash collection, and accessible vault toilets available. Meadowlark Lake is located short distance away for no-wake boating and trout fishing. Nearby trailheads provide access to off-road vehicle tracks, mountain peak hikes into the Cloud Peak Wilderness, and the historic High Park Fire Lookout tower.

All 1.3 miles in are maintained for passenger cars. Gravel the whole way in (1.3 miles).
