Setting
East Fork Campground sits among wooded hills on the shores of East Lynn Lake along Twelvepole Creek. The facility offers 167 campsites with electrical and/or water hookups. On-site amenities include flush and pit toilets, hot showers, drinking water, a dump station, a boat ramp, an amphitheater, a playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. Outdoor enthusiasts use the campground to launch boats for water skiing and fishing, access nearby hunting areas, or hike local trails, including the 1.5-mile East Fork Trail that starts within the park.
Getting there: From I-64 in Huntington, WV take Exit 8, south on HWY 152 to Wayne, WV. Travel east on Route 37 for 19 miles and follow signs into the campground.
