Cedar Springs Campground sits on the forested banks of the Bumping River within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The facility provides campsites for tents, trailers, and RVs, with each site featuring a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets and drinking water are located on site, but electrical hookups are absent. The river contains deep pools stocked with rainbow, brook, and steelhead trout, ideal for fishing and swimming. Nearby hikes include the 26-mile American Ridge Trail, the Pacific Crest Trail, and Boulder Cave.
