Lower Goodell Group Campground in WA -- Campground & RV Camping in Washington

Situated along Goodell Creek under a canopy of redcedar, hemlock, and Douglas-fir, Lower Goodell Group Campground features two secluded group sites for up to 50 people each. Every group site contains five cleared areas for tents or small RVs, bear-proof food storage boxes, a picnic shelter, a vault toilet, and trash cans. Potable water must be fetched from the main Goodell Creek Campground across State Route 20. The facility sits a short walk from the town of Newhalem and near Skagit River access points for fishing and rafting.

Getting there: Lower Goodell Creek Campground is located at mile 120 on State Route 20. From Burlington, WA, drive 60 miles (97 km) east on State Route 20. The west entrance to the park is at milepost 112. From Twisp, WA, drive 82 miles (132 km) west on State Route 20.
