Marcus Island Campground in WA -- Campground & RV Camping in Washington

Situated in an evergreen forest on the shoreline of Lake Roosevelt, Marcus Island Campground features 25 shaded campsites surrounded by water on three sides during summer high-water levels. Access is via a single-lane winding road. A small boat launch with parking sits just before the main camping area, granting boaters and anglers direct entry to the lake. The historic St. Paul's Mission site in Kettle Falls is located about 11 miles to the south.

Getting there: Take Washington state Highway 395 north from Spokane. Travel 70.3 miles to the town of Kettle Falls, take Highway 25 north and travel 5.7 miles. Follow signs to the campground. It is on the west side of the highway.
