Setting
Wiley Creek Campground sits in an old-growth Douglas fir, cedar, and hemlock forest off Mountain Loop Road in Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Designed for groups, the facility has two separate loop sites accommodating up to 20 people each. Group A features a riverside Adirondack shelter with bunk beds for 8 and a covered cooking area. Group B offers a two-level shelter. Both sites include picnic tables, rock barbecue pits, and vault toilets, though campers must bring their own drinking water. The Stillaguamish River and the Gold Basin Mill Pond Interpretive Trail are adjacent.
Getting there: From Seattle, Washington, go north on I-5 to Everett. Take exit 194 onto Highway 2. Head north at Highway 204 toward Lake Stevens. Turn north on Highway 9. Turn east on Highway 92 to Granite Falls. Campground is located approximately 14 miles east of Granite Falls on Highway 7 Scenic Byway.
