This 180-acre park occupies the north bank of the Skagit River, eight miles west of Concrete in Skagit County, with 4,000 feet of riverfront property. The landscape supports diverse recreation including camping, cabin stays, and 3.7 miles of hiking trails—1 mile of which is ADA-accessible. Visitors enjoy fishing, birdwatching, and wildlife viewing along the scenic river. Named after early settler Peter Rasar, the park was formally dedicated on July 12, 1997.
