Setting
Edgewater Campground sits on a bluff along the east bank of the Pend Oreille River in Colville National Forest, shaded by cedar, hemlock, and Douglas fir with views of the Selkirk Mountains. The campground offers an on-site boat ramp for river access, drawing visitors for trout and bass fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing. Site amenities include vault toilets, drinking water, trash collection, and gravel-and-grass parking spurs that accommodate any size RV.
Getting there: The campground is located approximately 90 miles north of Spokane, WA. After crossing the Ione Bridge eastbound over the Pend Oreille River, look for the Edgewater Campground sign and immediately turn left. The campground is located 2 miles north of the bridge on Box Canyon Road.
