Campground details
Setting
La Wis Wis Campground sits under Douglas firs and red cedars where the Ohanapecosh River, Cowlitz River, and Purcell Creek join in the Tatoosh Wilderness. The 122-site layout accommodates tent campers and truck campers, while the Hatchery Loop supports RVs. Facilities include vault toilets, picnic tables, shelters, and grills. Drinking water is available at the main camp, but Hatchery Loop campers must haul water from the primary site. Footpaths like the Blue Hole and Purcell Falls trails start on-site, and Mount Rainier National Park is located just up the road.
