Brooks Memorial State Park in WA -- Campground & RV Camping in Washington

Brooks Memorial State Park occupies 682 acres in the southern Cascade Mountains near Goldendale at 2,700 feet elevation. The park features nine miles of hiking and equestrian trails through ponderosa pine forest alongside the Little Klickitat River. Camping and picnic areas serve visitors, along with a disc golf course. The Brooks Memorial Retreat Center functions as an environmental learning facility. Wildlife viewing is available throughout. Named for Judge Nelson B. Brooks, who developed regional roads in the late 1800s, the park was established in 1944.
