Kaner Flat Group Campground is a single gated group facility in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest accommodating up to 60 guests. Set in the Cascades foothills, the site features multiple tenting areas equipped with picnic tables, campfire rings, and vault toilets. Drinking water is located across the street at the main Kaner Flat Campground. The surrounding terrain ranges from old-growth forest to shrub-steppe, with nearby access to motorized off-road vehicle trails, the 26-mile American Ridge Trail, Goat Rocks Wilderness, and the Boulder Cave National Recreation Trail.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.

Little Naches River runs 0.1 mi off. Quartz Mountain stands 3,599 ft above the site, 5.0 miles northeast. A group campground -- most of them shaded. The nearest town, Cle Elum, is 15 mi off.
