Saltwater State Park stretches 1,445 feet along Puget Sound's shoreline with sandy swimming beaches and rocky tideflats featuring a submerged artificial reef popular with scuba divers. A network of trails winds through second-growth timber, wooded areas, and cliffsides alongside McSorley Creek, where salmon spawn seasonally. About 30 campsites sit along a creek-parallel road. Designated a Marine Protected Area since 2009, the park offers beach access, hiking trails, and diving opportunities.
