Dead-end road -- no mapped turnaround; expect to back out or unhitch. A gate 33.2 miles in.
East Fork Humptulips River runs 0.3 mi off. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off. Fitzgerald Peak stands 1,450 ft above the site, 2.8 miles northeast. Travellers have camped along here. The nearest town, Montesano, is 24 mi off.
