Sunset Campground is open year-round at an elevation of 1,000 feet along the East Fork Lewis River in Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The property features 18 non-hookup standard sites for tents and RVs up to 22 feet, set along a paved road under large evergreen trees. Each site includes a picnic table and campfire ring with a grill, while three vault toilets and trash cans serve the loop. A paved path leads directly to an on-site waterfall along the river, a popular destination for kayakers, and nearby trails connect to the Silver Star hiking area.
