Safety Harbor is a boat-in campground on Lake Chelan's north shore managed by Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Four tent sites with vault toilet and floating dock (six-boat capacity). Currently closed. When open, accessible year-round via Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park boat launch (5.5 miles). Permits required May 1–October 31 ($10/day or $75/season). No potable water.
