Rock Island Campground spans both sides of Icicle Creek at 2,800 feet, 17 miles up Icicle Creek Road from Leavenworth in Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. First-come, first-served sites with vault toilets and potable water. $24 per night single site, $40 double. Maximum two vehicles per site, two tents or one RV plus one tent. Jack Trout Trailhead adjacent, Icicle Gorge Loop Trail nearby. Day hiking, backpacking, picnicking.
