Harlequin Campground in WA -- Campground & RV Camping in Washington

Harlequin Camp offers walk-in sites along the Stehekin River in the remote Stehekin Valley, 4.5 miles up Stehekin Valley Road from Stehekin Landing. The area is accessible only by foot, boat, or plane. The campground provides large, open tent sites with picnic tables and designated fire rings, but no running water; campers must filter river water or bring their own. Amenities include pit toilets, garbage containers, and limited vehicle parking. Trails like the Stehekin River Trail and Company Creek Trail branch directly from the area into the surrounding wilderness.

Getting there: There are no roads that connect Stehekin to the rest of Washington. Access is via foot, boat, or plane. Head north on Stehekin Valley Road from the Landing approximately 4.5 miles and turn left at the large Harlequin Bridge. The campground is the first left after crossing the river.
