Setting
Bridge Creek Group Campground sits in a mountain forest near the junction of Bridge Creek and Icicle Creek. The single group site hosts up to 75 people and 35 vehicles, offering picnic tables, a large campfire ring, drinking water, and vault toilets. The adjacent Icicle River provides cold-water swimming and trout fishing. Hikers can access the nearby Fourth of July Trail, a 10.6-mile day hike climbing through mountain meadows with views of the Stuart Mountain Range, or connect to the Pacific Crest Trail located further out in the region.
Getting there: From the west, take Highway 2 east through Monroe and over Stevens' Pass. Take a right on Icicle River Road and continue approximately 10 miles to the campground, on the left. From the east, take Highway 2 west through Leavenworth. Turn right on Icicle River Road and follow road approximately 10 miles to the campground, on the left.
