Fields Spring State Park comprises 828 acres in southeastern Washington at the junction of Idaho and Oregon borders. The landscape centers on Puffer Butte offering scenic routes to the summit with views of the Wallowa Mountains and the Grande Ronde and Snake River basins. Amenities include camping, hiking and cross-country skiing trails, biking paths, athletic fields, picnicking, and two retreat centers. The park was established in 1930 and developed by the Isaac Walton League and Works Progress Administration.
