A 2.3-mile stretch of gravel National Forest road in Botetourt County, VA. The road serves Little Harkening Hill. The road is open seasonally, August 1 to January 4.

All 2.3 miles in are maintained for passenger cars. Gravel the whole way in (2.3 miles). Climbs 870 ft over 2.3 miles -- sustained grades near 12%, with pitches to 16%. Stretches run along a shelf with a drop of up to ~120 ft on the downhill side. Little level ground alongside -- few of the stretches measured have a flat spot to pull onto. Winds through 5 switchbacks. Dead-end road -- no mapped turnaround; expect to back out or unhitch.
