Willows Campground is situated at an elevation of 5,300 feet along the South Fork Ogden River. Built as a single loop winding through cottonwood and willow trees, the grounds contain 14 single sites and 3 double sites equipped with gravel spurs, concrete table pads, fire rings, and vault restrooms. Selected sites border the river, which is popular for fishing, swimming, and tubing. Causey Reservoir sits 2 miles to the east.

All 0.3 miles in are maintained for passenger cars. Gravel the whole way in (0.3 miles).
