Located along the Cathedral Valley Loop Road roughly 36 miles from the Capitol Reef Visitor Center, this primitive campground sits at an elevation of 7,000 feet. The site features six individual spots, each equipped with a picnic table and fire grate, along with an on-site pit toilet. No drinking water is available.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off. Hens Hole Peak stands 3,847 ft above the site, 5.9 miles west. South Desert Spring lies 0.6 mi off. The nearest town, Salina, is 42 mi off.
