The Mahogany Loop is one of several campground options within 23,000-acre Wasatch Mountain State Park in the Heber Valley. The park supports diverse recreation including hiking, biking, ATV riding, horseback trails, golf courses (Soldier Hollow and Wasatch Mountain), and winter sports (skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling). A visitor center, sauna, and year-round cabin/cottage rentals provide additional amenities.
