Deer Creek State Park centers on Deer Creek Reservoir in the Wasatch Back region near Heber City, with spectacular views of Mount Timpanogos. The Chokecherry campground offers mixed hookup and tent sites. Cool reservoir waters support boating, kayaking, and fishing, with boat ramps, courtesy docks, and float trip access to the lower Provo River. The park provides ziplining, jet ski rentals, an aqua park, and dining at Lakehouse Restaurant.
