A dispersed camping area on UT-92/Alpine Loop Road in American Fork Canyon, 9.3 miles upstream near mile marker 17. Managed by Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest with vault restrooms but no potable water. Day use and overnight camping cost $10 per vehicle per three-day pass (weekly passes available). Adjacent to Salamander Flat Trail #150 for mountain biking, hiking, and backpacking. Horse camping permitted with requirement to use weed-free hay.
