Rock Canyon in UT -- Campground & RV Camping in Utah

Rock Canyon Campground sits at 6,500 feet elevation along Squaw Peak Road, surrounded by dense stands of maple, scrub oak, fir trees, and grassy meadows. Located above Utah Valley, the facility contains four primitive group sites equipped with picnic tables and campfire circles, with vault toilets provided on site. Roads and parking spurs are gravel. Hikers and mountain bikers can take the Rock Canyon Trail directly from the grounds or connect to the Squaw Peak Summit Trail. The surrounding canyon is a major destination for rock climbing with hundreds of established routes.
