Sitting at 8,000 feet off the Nebo Loop Scenic Byway, Blackhawk Campground features paved roads and fully accessible sites set among open meadows and stands of fir, pine, aspen, and oak. Facilities include single, double, group, and dedicated equestrian campsites in Loop E equipped with corrals, hitching racks, and water troughs. All sites include picnic tables and fire rings, while group sites add serving tables and grills. Flush toilets and drinking water are available. Trailheads for the Blackhawk and Loafer Mountain trails start directly within the campground.
