Sulphur Campground sits at 9,100 feet elevation off the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway, positioned at the confluence of the Stillwater Fork and Hayden River. The terrain consists of dirt roads and spurs shaded by pines and aspens. The facility features 15 single sites, 5 double sites, and one 25-person group site, all outfitted with picnic tables and fire grills. Vault toilets, garbage collection, and water are provided on site. Nearby trails offer access to Bourbon Lake, the High Uintas Wilderness, and local trout streams.

Getting there: From Evanston, Wyoming, take Utah Highway 150 (Mirror Lake Scenic Byway) south for 39 miles. Sulphur Campground is on the west side of the highway. From Kamas, Utah, take Center Street east. It becomes Utah Highway 150 (Mirror Lake Scenic Byway). Travel about 40 miles. There will be a sign for Sulphur Campground, which is on the west side of the road.
