Setting
Stateline Campground sits at 9,200 feet on the north slope of the Uinta Mountains, set in a sparse forest of lodgepole pine, ponderosa pine, and aspen along Stateline Reservoir. The site features paved roads and parking spurs leading to family campsites equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings with grills, with some offering partial lake views. Amenities include vault toilets, drinking water, trash collection, and a dump station across the road. A nearby boat launch provides access for canoeing, kayaking, and small watercraft, while nearby trails accommodate off-road vehicles, hikers, and horseback riders.
Getting there: From Mountain View, Wyoming, take Highway 410 south for 7 miles, then County Road 283 for 8.2 miles to Forest Road 072. Follow Forest Road 072 for 5.5 miles to the campground.
