Built around 1908, Seely Creek Guard Station sits at 10,000 feet in a high mountain meadow beside Seely Creek on the Wasatch Plateau. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the cabin sleeps up to six people inside on four single bunks with space for up to 24 people camping outside. The rustic interior includes a table, chairs, fireplace, and wood stove. No drinking water is available on site, but a vault toilet sits 50 feet behind the cabin and an outdoor campfire ring is provided. Skyline Drive runs along the ridge above, offering direct access to off-road, biking, and horse trails.
