Lake Hill Campground sits at an elevation of 8,400 feet next to Lake Hill Reservoir, 5 miles from Ephraim, Utah. The grounds are covered by a mixed forest of spruce, fir, and aspen. Facilities include dirt roads and spurs, vault toilets, drinking water, single-family sites below the lake, and two group sites: GP1 on a hillside above the water and GP3 directly adjacent to the lake. The small man-made reservoir draws visitors for canoeing and rainbow trout fishing. Nearby Ephraim Canyon provides access to the Arapeen OHV Trail System, Jimmies Fork Trail, and the Great Basin Experimental Range Auto Tour.

1 of the 1.6 miles in are maintained only for high-clearance vehicles. 1.2 of the 1.6 miles in are dirt.
