Setting
Set near the cottonwood-lined banks of Indian Creek, this group facility is located in Bears Ears National Monument near the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park. The site features space for tents, trailers, and up to 10 vehicles, along with picnic tables, a fire ring, a shade structure, and vault toilets. Prominent nearby landmarks include Newspaper Rock, Lavender Mesa, Bridger Jack Mesa, and the Six Shooter Peaks. No drinking water is provided.
Getting there: Turn west off U.S. Route 191 onto Utah State Route 211 and travel approximately 25.8 miles. Turn onto County Road 0574 on the south side of the highway. The campground is located 0.25 miles down the natural surface road.
