Setting
North Klondike Campground offers 25 individual campsites and two reserved group sites set against views of Copper Ridge, the Klondike Bluffs, and the distant La Sal Mountains. Located just off the singletrack routes of the 50-mile Klondike Bluffs trail network, the campground provides direct access for mountain biking and trail riding. Individual sites feature gravel parking pads, picnic tables, fire rings, and nearby vault toilets and trash bins. Group sites add shade shelters and grills. Drinking water and hookups are not available on-site.
Getting there: From Interstate 70 take exit 182 for Crescent Junction/Moab. Head south on US 191 for 8.6 miles. Turn left turn on to BLM road 143 immediately crossing over the railroad tracks. Follow signs for North Klondike Bluffs. Stay on maintained dirt road for 1 mile following signs to the campground and trailheads. From Moab drive 23 miles north on 191 and turn right on to BLM road 143 immediately crossing over the railroad tracks. Follow signs for North Klondike Bluffs. Stay on maintained dirt road for 1 mile following signs to the campground and trailheads.
