Setting
Set along the Colorado River across from the red rock cliffs of Arches National Park, this tent-only campground features 16 individual sites. On-site facilities include vault toilets, but no drinking water or vehicle hookups are available. The grounds sit near the Grandstaff hiking trailhead and the Porcupine Rim mountain biking trail, giving direct access to nearby foot and cycle routes.
Getting there: From the intersection of Hwy. 191 and Hwy. 128, drive east three miles along the Colorado River. The campground will be on your left.
