Posey Lake Campground sits at 8,800 feet on a forested hillside of ponderosa pines and aspens above Posey Lake. The facility offers 21 single-family sites and one 35-person group site along gravel roads. Amenities include accessible vault toilets, drinking water, a fish cleaning station, and two fishing docks on the lake. The 1-mile Posey Overlook Trail and the Posey Spur Trail start within the campground, connecting to the Great Western Trail. Scenic driving along Hell's Backbone and access to Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument are nearby.
