Located at 8,000 feet elevation in Bryce Canyon National Park, North Campground sits in a rolling ponderosa pine forest near the park Visitor Center. The year-round facility offers paved roads, picnic tables, fire rings, grills, and flush toilets, with paved spurs in loops A and B and gravel spurs in loops C and D. Laundry, showers, and a shuttle stop are located nearby. Campers can walk to Sunrise and Sunset Points to view the Bryce Amphitheater rock formations or access interconnected hiking trails. Scenic Byway 12 and Red Canyon are located just outside the park.

The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.

Crowded here -- the nearest through road is 0.1 miles off, a 103-site campground. Most of them shaded. A reservoir lies 0.7 mi off. The nearest town, Panguitch, is 20 mi off.
