This primitive camping area offers non-designated drive-in vehicle camping without reservations. The site provides no potable water or established campsites. Campers must pack in portable toilets for self-contained waste disposal when the vault toilets are closed. The location sits near the Hite area along Glen Canyon, though the main Hite recreation facilities are currently closed to the public.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad.
The Lake Powell shoreline is 0.1 mi off. Mount Hillers stands 7,017 ft above the site, 16 miles west. The nearest town, Blanding, is 52 mi off.
