Bridges Campground sits along Huntington Creek at an elevation of 8,700 feet along the Huntington Canyon National Scenic Byway. Shaded by large spruce and aspen trees, the campground offers four single-family campsites and one group site accommodating up to 30 people. The facility includes vault toilets and hitching racks across the highway, though it lacks drinking water, electricity, and trash service. Huntington Creek provides trout fishing, and nearby paths include the 4-mile Left Fork trail and the 10-mile Fish Creek Trail.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Flat ground is scarce -- under a tenth of the terrain within a few hundred yards is level.
Candland Mountain stands 1,700 ft above the site, 2.2 miles west. Exposed here -- the nearest through road is 0.3 miles off, a 14-site campground. Most of them shaded. The nearest town, Fairview, is 15 mi off.
