Setting
Price Canyon Recreation Area sits at 7,500 feet on a ridge shaded by ponderosa pine trees. The site features two campground loops containing flat tent spots, picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets, including two group sites in the north loop and twelve individual sites in the south loop. Bouldering areas sit along the entrance drive, and the 3.1-mile Bristlecone Ridge Trail originates from the north loop, leading through grassland and burned bristlecone forest.
Getting there: Price Canyon Recreation Area is located 15 miles north of Price and 43 miles south of Spanish Fork via US-6. The turnoff is on the west side of the road at mile 224.4.
