Setting
Positioned along Fish Creek among aspen trees, this horse-friendly facility contains six campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, a vault toilet, and an on-site horse corral, though water and trash services are not provided. It functions as the trailhead for the 10-mile Fish Creek National Recreation Trail and offers parking space for horse trailers. Scofield Reservoir and Scofield State Park sit a short distance away, offering boating and fishing, while a 60-inch UTV trail begins a few miles from the grounds.
Getting there: From Fairview, UT travel east for 8.4 miles on Highway 31. Turn left onto Highway 264 for 18 miles, turn left onto W Myrtle Street for 0.1 miles then take a right onto N Church Street for 3.8 miles then at last, slight left onto Fish Creek road for 2 miles to destination.
