Setting
Located in Smithfield Canyon at 5,500 feet elevation, this campground sits 12.4 miles northeast of Logan, Utah. The site contains 6 single campsites equipped with picnic tables and fire rings, 1 group day-use site, and vault restrooms. Two miles up the road lies the Smithfield Canyon trailhead, featuring a stock loading ramp and access to Mount Naomi Wilderness. Campers use the area to fish, hike, mountain bike, and ride horses, with Trail 007 providing a route to Tony Grove Lake.
Getting there: From Main Street (US-91) in Logan, UT travel north for approximately 7.4 miles to 400 N in Smithfield. Turn east onto 400 N, (400N becomes Canyon Rd) and travel 4.9 miles to the campground.
