Vault toilet, dirt parking, information kiosk available. Trailhead for day use only; no overnight camping at the trailhead (dispersed camping available nearby). Provides access to Paiute Side Trail #068 for hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, hunting, and designated OHV riding. May–October.
