Situated within Austin's city limits, this limestone Hill Country park centers on Onion Creek, which cascades over rocky ledges into pools with upper and lower waterfalls, and Williamson Creek. The landscape features majestic bald cypress trees, wildflowers, and access to 81 campsites with water and electric hookups. Nearly nine miles of trails support hiking, mountain biking, and exploration of historical features including an early homestead and rock shelter. Fishing and swimming opportunities, plus ranger-led nature programs, support diverse outdoor recreation.
