Water-only camping within Lake Corpus Christi State Park, a 365-acre shoreline park developed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1934–1935 with distinctive CCC-era stone architecture. Camp at one of 59 water-only sites (RV length limit 50 feet) to fish the 21,000-acre reservoir for largemouth bass, catfish, and white bass from lighted piers or personal watercraft. The park's brushlands, wetlands, and woodlands support white-tailed deer, javelina, whistling ducks, and other wildlife. Two boat ramps, picnic pavilion, and group areas on-site.
