Situated outside Fritch at the end of Lakeview Drive off Highway 136, Harbor Bay offers a mix of designated campsites and open meadow areas. On-site amenities feature picnic tables, shade shelters, grills, and vault-evaporator toilets, though no drinking water or flush facilities are provided. Campers have direct access to the Harbor Bay and South Turkey Creek Trails for hiking, biking, birding, and water activities.
