1,847-acre East Texas park opened in 2001, set amid woodlands, rolling hills, meadows, and wetlands with post oak, hickory, sweetgum, and pecan. Heart of the park is 15-acre Sullivan Lake supporting swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Primitive hike-in campsites have basic facilities. More than 3.5 miles of hiking and biking trails, plus boat ramp access and tackle loaner program.
