Mission Tejas campground sits beneath tall loblolly pines in this 660-acre East Texas park near Crockett, just north of Davy Crockett National Forest. The park's campsites are shaded by towering trees and offer water access, with electric hookups at most locations. Beyond camping, visitors find the reconstructed Mission San Francisco de los Tejas (est. 1690), the historic Rice Family Log Home from 1828, a segment of El Camino Real de los Tejas trail, 8.5 miles of hiking trails, a stocked fishing pond, and educational programs.
