Horse-focused camping in a rugged 1,899-acre North Texas park with distinctive red rock formations and grass-covered mesas. Big Pond Equestrian area offers sites with water access and horse watering tanks. Big Pond supports fishing opportunities. The park features ten miles of trails for horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking through scenic canyons and across mesas. Museum at headquarters, group gathering pavilion, fishing gear available for loan. Rock formations provide panoramic views from various trail points.
