High View Park occupies a peninsula on the western shore of Bardwell Lake in north-central Texas, less than an hour south of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The grassy, partially shaded grounds feature campsites with water, 30-amp, and 50-amp electric hookups, alongside individual picnic sites and a reservable day-use pavilion for up to 50 people. On-site amenities include public restrooms with showers, a four-lane boat ramp, and a courtesy dock providing access to the reservoir for bass, crappie, and catfish fishing.
The road in has not been measured -- unknown, not bad. Sits on broad, near-level ground.
